VNB: How to make Very Norwegian Sveler

Martha's sveler
This is the most famous of all svele recipes. The recipe is by Martha Øvrebust from Ålesund. She spellbound a whole town with her amazing svelers.

1 l kefir milk (thick soury milk)
4 egga
300 g sugar
550 g flour
3 ml baking soda
10 ml Salt of Hartshorn
3 dl melted butter
